Ritcha is a very attentive teacher and creates a warm and inviting space to learn and practice yoga in. Having a private tutor ensures that I am doing each pose properly and allows Ritcha the time and space in our sessions to help guide me safely into the correct positions. This allows me to feel confident in the different moves and helps the sessions flow whilst improving my flexibility. I’ve had experiences in the past in a bigger class where the teacher assumes everyone is at the same advanced level and I’ve been unable to keep up. I would recommend Ritcha’s classes to everyone, beginners looking to learn yoga or advanced yogis wishing to continue learning.

Even though I had only one yoga session with Ritcha, I really felt that it touched me somewhere inside. I've done yoga in school, but I thought that one session after years of discontinuation would not leave the impact it did. My joints and muscles felt more at ease, less tense. Her class left me less stressful and I felt I had a little more control over my anxiety than I usually do. More importantly the session was not awkward or uncomfortable. I liked that I wasn't pushed into it suddenly, but more of a gradual increase of pace through the session. Hoping to do more yoga to help me heal physically and mentally.​

We were so impressed with what was our first couple’s yoga session together.
